We promote healthy hair First followed by protective styles. We look forward to providing you a pleasant experience .

Before booking your appointment , please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable unless the error is mine, and go towards the service total.
Clients must be 9 years old and up.
Payment balance is accepted via CASH, ZELLE or Credit & Debit cards ( fees applies) ONLY.
*** Remaining balance is due BEFORE service is rendered.
Styles are final once booked.

CLIENT EXPECTATIONS:

Please do not take video/photos of my braid system. Braid classes are available to book separately.
No Call No Show = No Rebooking

Late Policy: Time is Money!!! Please put forth effort to be on time to your scheduled appointment. You will be given a slight grace period. At 10 minutes after you will accumulate a late fee of $15. $1 is added for every minute after that. If you are 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled. No exception .

RESCHEDULE POLICY:

You are permitted one reschedule with your paid deposit. The rescheduled date must fall between the original date and the next 2 full calendar months. *Booking is typically high in demand and may fill up within minutes of the calendar opening, so please be online the moment it opens to reschedule.*


"How do I access my appointment?" - You must reschedule through your email confirmation.

"What if I don't see availability?" - If there is no current availability to reschedule through your confirmation email, you must cancel and book a new date with another deposit. This may mean waiting until the 25th of the month to access availability for the following month.

"What happens to my deposit?" - BOTH deposits will apply as a credit towards your balance. Please note that a 2nd cancellation will result in both deposits being forfeited. Bear in mind, deposits secure your time and all essentials required to deliver your service (hair and products)

booking, if you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment please cancel in a timely manner. Cancelling your appointment within 24 hours of its scheduled time will result to a 50% late cancellation fee of which will be charged to the card on file or added to your next service.

4- DEPOSITS are mandatory, non-refundable and non-transferrable. NO deposits will be refunded. The remaining balance can be made by cash or cash !!!

5- NO CALL NO SHOW - All no call no shows will be charged 100% of service scheduled. This fee will be charged to the card on file OR added to your next service. You will not be able to book within 30 days of a no call no show.

6- FREE CONSULTATIONS!!!! Consultations are required if you have very short hair and/or are experiencing hair loss.Please send a photo or video of your hair to 214-372-9001 along with a photo of your requesting style. If you are an iPhone user FaceTime is available. Please text prior to FaceTime.

7- Every beautiful braid style begins with a clean scalp. Hair must be freshly shampoo and scalp should be dry (no oil or product, unless you've booked braid service prep). ** If you can't run a large tooth comb through your hair, it is not considered “detangled and ready to braid”.
If there is a particular oil you'd like for me to use on your hair feel free to bring it with you.
NO ONE will be serviced with a unclean scalp. If your hair is not clean your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a late cancellation fee.
No sleeping in the Chair. If you won’t be able to stay awake/ alert, please reschedule.


8- Natural Clients: Please come with hair detangled, pulled out and ready to braid. You will have the option to add this service (if needed) while booking.

9- FRESHLY RELAXED HAIR WILL NOT BE SERVICED. Please wait 2 weeks after your hair has been relaxed to come in for a set of braids.

10- Please do not color your hair within 48 hours of your appointment.
Shampoo prep does not include take down of a previous style.

10. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE!!

11. MASKS ARE REQUIRED!!!!!! You MUST wear a face mask to your appointment. NO MASK;NO SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED. If you are sick PLEASE STAY HOME! You will be allowed to reschedule if you are experiencing any sickness. Coming sick will result to your appointment being cancelled.

12. NO EXTRA GUEST ALLOWED! No children (unless they are being serviced), friends, boos, or relatives).

14. Be mindful of the timeframe of your scheduled appointment. You are allowed to bring food ( food will be eat in the kitchen) and drinks. If a break is needed for any reason please inform me prior. A 30 min break is granted if needed for all services over 6 hours.

*** Hair is not provided for all the styles. In order of preference bring only the following hair brands: 1) prestrech Bijoux Xpression 2) Xpression by supreme 3) African collection Xpression. Xpression premium ( I SELL HAIR IN THE SALON)
